How many people can you accommodate for a group booking?

For smaller groups of four people, I handle everything myself. For larger groups — school formals, corporate teams, or big hens parties — I coordinate additional trusted artists so everyone is ready on time and beautifully done. Just let me know your group size when you enquire so I can plan accordingly.

How far in advance should I book for a school formal or corporate event?

I'd recommend booking at least six to eight weeks in advance for most events, and earlier for school formal season (typically October–November in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle area). Popular dates fill up quickly, especially on weekends. A deposit secures your booking — don't leave it too late!

Do you offer trials before a big event?

Many clients prefer to book a trial; others are happy to brief me in detail and trust the process. It's entirely your call and I'll guide you either way.
