Peppers Creek and the Barrel Room venue is one of the Hunter Valley’s most atmospheric wedding spaces — rustic stonework, vineyard surrounds, that beautifully worn-in quality that only comes with a property that’s been part of the landscape for generations. Wedding hair and makeup at Peppers Creek is something I’m always glad to be part of, because the brides who choose this venue typically have a very particular vision: romantic, textured, warm, and grounded in the beauty of the place itself.
I travel to your accommodation on the morning. Peppers Guest House is immediately adjacent and a natural choice for bridal parties staying nearby, as are many of the villa properties along Ekerts Road and Broke Road. You arrange the accommodation that suits your group, and I’ll be there when the morning begins.

What's the Barrel Room like as a wedding venue?

It's stunning — rustic, atmospheric, and beautifully photographic. The stone and barrel architecture creates an incredibly romantic backdrop, and looks that reflect that warmth tend to photograph particularly well.

How do I book a hair and makeup trial?

Trials are held at my Cameron Park studio. Once you've confirmed your wedding booking with me, we'll schedule the trial a few months before your date.

Do you work with the full wedding party or just the bride?

I work through the full party — bride last. Everyone gets the same level of care and attention. For wedding parties larger than 4 people I will bring along another talented stylist at no extra costs to you.
